On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1452) role at Target
. This position is part of Target’s On-Demand team, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide knowledge about tools, products, and services in the total store.
• Support checkout and guest services, including order pick up, drive up, and registry, while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Understand and promote Target Loyalty benefits and fulfillment services; assist guests with enrollment and use.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Target App features and Wallet usage; handle returns following policies and procedures.
• De-escalate situations with leaders as needed and recover the guest shopping experience compliant with Target policies.
• Adhere to safety policies, protect guest information, and comply with all laws and regulations.
• Other duties based on business needs as assigned.
