In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

What you'll do:

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pick‑up time is delayed
• Inform members when products are unavailable (e.g., out of stock)
• Offer members alternative product options when needed
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pick‑up
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company's products and services
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for handling merchandise and correcting report unsafe situations to management
• Utilize cash registers and accept payments according to company policies for different membership and payment types
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, and maintain parking lot cleanliness

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
