• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition.
• Help departments meet their goals and meet shift targets.
