• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed by the State of South Carolina

• Certification must be active and in good standing

• Reliable, caring, and team-oriented

As a CNA on our second shift, you'll provide hands-on care and support to ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting to your assigned hall and receiving shift report

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Preparing residents for meals and activities

• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition, including falls, skin issues, or behavior changes

• Turning and repositioning residents as scheduled

• Providing mouth care and bedtime routines

• Checking restraints per policy and documenting appropriately

• Recording vital signs, meals, showers, snacks, and PCR documentation

• Maintaining clean rooms, closets, wheelchairs, and common areas

• Supporting residents to and from activities and the dining room

• Following all facility policies and the chain of command

• Second Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
