Overview
Regency Hospital - Florence – Registered Nurse (RN) role located at Regency Hospital - Florence. This position is scheduled for weekends only:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, from 7am to 7pm. Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $51.15 per hour, depending on years of experience, plus shift differential. A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is offered. The hospital is a critical illness recovery facility providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery.

Responsibilities- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Conduct timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Demonstrate competence in Rapid Response and code events
- Instruct and counsel patients and families
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS required at hire
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Clinical experience
- Extensive orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into the setting
