Overview
Work with one recruiter from assignment to assignment across local and non‑local positions. Competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (if applicable), no pay cuts mid‑contract, referral bonus up to $1,000, license reimbursement when traveling to a state that requires a new license.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Travels’ mission and values. Provide direct care, delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality, establish professional relationships, and develop specialty expertise.
Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
Qualifications- 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU.
- Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment.
- Current, valid, active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients).
- CCRN preferred and may be required by some clients.
- Additional certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
