Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Schedule:

4x10 Hour Shift, Monday - Friday

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure the reliability and uptime of production machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
• Diagnose issues related to motors, gearboxes, and other industrial components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Install and commission new machinery and equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Assist with basic PLC diagnostics and interface with automation systems.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School diploma or GED required; technical diploma or associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-craft industrial maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to weld and fabricate components as needed.
• Must have strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
• Must be available for overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.
