What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas
  • Offer technical advice and support to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals
  • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment on designated products
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
  • Lead technical repair and clinical use training for staff members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
  • Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey technical issues clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
  • Creativity and high discipline in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Understanding of FDA regulations for medical devices
