The Warehouse Systems Support Technician provides frontline technical support for operational systems used in warehouse and transportation environments. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as forklift-mounted devices, handheld scanners, and other warehouse technology tools. The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics and distribution activities.

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for warehouse systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology.
• Respond to support requests from warehouse and transportation personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in warehouse operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on warehouse technology equipment.
• Collaborate with operations teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in warehouse environments.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systems in the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.

Required Experience:

1 - 3 Years.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or IT related certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience:

3-5 Years.
