Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Supervisor to lead
our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources management within our
organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive
knowledge of employment laws, and expertise in talent management, employee
relations, and HRIS systems. This role is vital in shaping organizational culture,
ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement
and operational efficiency. The Human Resources Supervisor will collaborate
closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned
with business objectives.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with, lead and supervise the HR team to ensure effective delivery of
HR services across the organization.
Oversee talent acquisition processes including sourcing, interviewing, and
onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting employee
evaluations, and facilitating performance management programs.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA
policies, and workers compensation procedures.
Administer benefits programs including benefits administration, payroll
processing via systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity, and manage
employee orientation sessions.
Develop organizational design strategies and support succession planning
initiatives to foster leadership development.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
support HR sourcing efforts for continuous improvement.
Implement process improvements related to HRIS systems such as Oracle
HCM, Ulti Pro, or Kronos to streamline HR functions.
Manage compliance documentation including contracts and employment
agreements while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Lead change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts to
support organizational growth.
ExperienceProven supervising experience within a human resources environment.
Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including
performance management, employee evaluation, and benefits
administration.
Strong understanding of employment and labor law, OSHA standards,
workers compensation procedures, and HRIS systems such as SAP
Success Factors or People Soft.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies using
ATS platforms like Taleo or Workday, and succession planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to
senior leadership and facilitate training sessions.
Experience with process improvement initiatives utilizing data analysis skills
Familiarity with HR programs such as Change Management, Program
Management, Budgeting, and Contract Negotiation is preferred. This
