Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct nursing care and delegation/supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence; manage patient care; improve quality of care; establish professional relationships; and develop clinical expertise per specialty.

• Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU.
• Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current, valid, active driver’s license.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

• ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred and may be required by some clients.
• Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
