• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment and evidence‑based practice.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and assist patients with functional and activity goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including RN, PT/PTA, OT, and physician, to coordinate care.
• Document patient progress and therapy interventions in the electronic health record per hospital policy.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a rehabilitation setting (inpatient PT/PTA).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced inpatient environment.
