Radiology - Radiology

5x8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. An earlier shift may be considered.

The Radiation Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The role involves operating equipment such as linear accelerators, performing simulations, and ensuring patient safety protocols are followed.

• Administer radiation treatments to patients as per prescribed protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and radiation protection measures.
• Operate linear accelerators and other essential equipment.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately.

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in radiation therapy.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ARRT(R), SCRQSA.
• Preferred: 2 or more years of clinical experience.
• CT and SIM experience preferred.
• Must possess the ability to operate a linear accelerator.
• Radiation badge is required and must be provided by the agency.
