Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Holiday rotation required

• Patient ratio of 1:2

• Every other weekend requirement

• No on-call responsibilities

• Must float within scope to meet facility needs, agency floats first

• 1 year of experience required

• First-time travelers not accepted

• SC license or Compact license required prior to start

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Cardiac experience required

• Travel experience required

• Royal blue scrubs required

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• Extensive ICU skills required including ECMO, IABP, Swan Ganz monitoring, ventilator management, and post-cardiac surgery care

• Work with special equipment including chest tubes, Impella, CRRT, temporary pacers, and cardiac output monitors

• Care for adults and geriatric patients with post open heart diagnoses

• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
