Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

Greet all members with a smile and their name as often as possible.

Promotes the philosophy that all individuals entering the center should be treated with respect, kindness and professionalism.

Handles incoming calls, takes accurate messages and distributes appropriately.

Wears appropriate uniform at all times.

Assists in the promotion and marketing of youth fitness programs.

"Follows up" tardy or absent participants with phone calls and post cards.

Assists with the maintenance and cleaning of all equipment.

Maintains current CPR (infant, child, and adult).

Checks all members in verifying member status with computer system.

Registers all guests using guest log, PAR-Q and waiver forms. Collects all passes and fees.

Keeps up to date on all center rules, programs, cost, hours of operation, special events and staffing personnel and gives out accurate information to all inquiries.

Responsible for cash drawer reconciliation at end of shift.

Develops proficiency in the operation of the front desk computer hardware and software, telephone system, and all other office equipment.

Opens and closes facility as shift requires.

Follows all security and safety procedures.

Work Schedule:

PRN, as needed

Qualifications /Training: Six months of related work experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/

Education:

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school preferred.
