Domino’s is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. We’re growing fast and that means we have many opportunities to grow—possibly to management, franchise ownership or other corporate roles.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets Domino’s standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Be able to navigate a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor movements between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate map and locate addresses within delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Various conditions may be encountered while performing tasks outside and inside the store.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area or outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision while driving.

Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position. Height of work surfaces 36–48 inches.

Walking:
For short distances and short durations. Delivery personnel must travel between the store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer.

Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) using a hand truck. Cases lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Carrying:
Large cans (≈3 lbs 7 oz) carried from workstation to storage shelves; pizza sauce (≈30 lbs) carried from storage to front; trays of dough
