Company Overview

M&P Logistics is a fast-growing, women-owned 3PL headquartered in Florence, KY. Founded by Kim Hall in 2011 and built on decades of trucking experience, we lead with a "driver first" mindset. Our leadership understands the value drivers bring to this industry, and we treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a regional driver based in Jacksonville, Florida to run consistent, dedicated routes throughout the region. This role offers a competitive commission-based pay structure, reliable weekly freight, and the support of a company that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and your success on the road.

Drivers are paid for both directions, and most runs include backhauls, offering greater earning potential. Routes generally remain within a 500-mile radius of Jacksonville. Drivers will be provided a well-maintained, company-owned 2022 Freightliner Cascadia with a double bunk. Most weekends are home time, as our shipper does not load on weekends, although final schedules may depend on the nature of backhauls.
