Security Officer - Entry Control Station

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, shoppers, and store teams by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.;
Control access at designated entrances, employee doors, and back-of-house areas by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in and/or sign-out, issuing temporary passes as directed, and directing individuals to the proper location.;
Monitor and document activity at access points, respond to alarms and/or radio calls, and report unusual conditions to onsite management in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Support receiving and vendor access by verifying delivery credentials, coordinating dock access with store personnel, and maintaining written logs of vendor and contractor activity.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
