Security Officer - Credential Screening

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access at mall and retail entry points by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials when required, issuing visitor passes, and directing foot traffic according to site guidelines;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems, documenting security-related activity and reporting suspicious behavior to management and/or local authorities as required;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting retail staff with de-escalation and coordinating with emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols through common areas, storefront perimeters, loading zones, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns
