Security Officer - Desk

Position: Security Officer - ID Check Desk
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a retail and mall location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor and control entry points for employees, visitors, and vendors using visitor management procedures, credential checks, and package receipt validation as required by post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including escalating concerns to management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior common areas, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance and security-related concerns;
Complete required reports and logs such as incident reports, access logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate pertinent information during shift turnover
