Marketer (Business Development)
Salary: $60K - $70K/annually
Location:
Cleveland, Ohio
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, and senior organizations. You'll be the face of our organization!
- Drive Growth: Strategically market our services, conduct market analysis, and execute outreach plans to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Engage the Community: Represent us at health fairs, expos, and networking meetings, delivering engaging presentations to healthcare professionals and families.
- Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Work closely with the team to provide a responsive and smooth experience for every new client.
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development
. MUST have experience within Non-skilled/non-medical services
home care, healthcare, or senior services. - Exceptional networking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- A self‑motivated, results‑oriented attitude, comfortable navigating a start‑up setting.
- A genuine empathy and passion for serving seniors and their families.
