Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions perform a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. They may interact directly with customers or vendors. These roles require directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, cash management, or program compliance. Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.
They should demonstrate a high level of integrity, respond to operational concerns, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
