• Serve customers promptly, courteously, accurately, and efficiently while using suggestive selling techniques to maintain high‑quality customer relationsli>
• Prepare, handle, stock, and/or store all department products.
• Rotate all department products on a first‑in, first‑out basis.
• Ensure all products are stored in proper refrigeration.
• Stock product within the guidelines established by the department manager.
• Follow the regular cleaning schedule for equipment and cases.
• Operate and become familiar with equipment such as scales, slicers, ovens, mixers, and balancing machines.
• Apply weights and measures standards and correctly use containers and packaging materials.
• Perform price changes as requested.
• Maintain freshness of product and recondition as needed.
• Operate hydraulic baler, mixing machine, slicers, ovens, fryers, and pricing equipment.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning functions.
• Operate telephones and intercoms with proper telephone etiquette.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.

• Read and write confidently.
• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Lift and stack up to 50 pounds.
• Reach and stock product up to 6 ft. high.

• Weekend availability is required.
