AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – American Eagle Outfitters Inc.

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Perform duties in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed, flexing between zones.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and foster teamwork.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• Aged at least 16 years.
