This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and products but is a separate company and employer. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no involvement in employment decisions regarding this role.

Description

We are seeking a Manager to lead shifts and oversee departmental operations with a focus on excellent customer service, quality food, and efficient staffing. The role offers opportunities for career advancement, flexible hours, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for every customer visit.
  • Manage assigned system departments (e.g., Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to higher‑level managers.
  • Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: supervise crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain an organized front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
  • Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: guarantee high‑quality, speedy food service, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
  • People Department Manager responsibilities: recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
