Assistant Manager-Archways Division

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and products but is a separate company and employer. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. We are seeking a Manager to lead shifts and oversee departmental operations with a focus on excellent customer service, quality food, and efficient staffing. The role offers opportunities for career advancement, flexible hours, and comprehensive training.

• Lead daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for every customer visit.
• Manage assigned system departments (e.g., Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to higher‑level managers.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: supervise crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, oversee sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain an organized front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: guarantee high‑quality, speedy food service, maintain food safety standards, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager responsibilities: recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
