Shift Manager-Archways Division – McDonald's

This position is located in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products and is the sole employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions for this restaurant.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a flexible schedule, positive team-player attitude, and the passion to thrive in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
