A leading organisation in mission‑critical construction is seeking a Construction Specialist with strong QA/QC and construction management experience to support major data center projects across the U.S.
Responsibilities- Oversee on‑site construction activities and contractor performance
- Lead QA/QC inspections, testing, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with engineering specs, U.S. codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and commissioning teams
- Report on site progress, quality issues, and risk mitigation
- Experience in data center and mission‑critical is required
- Strong QA/QC knowledge (ITPs, inspections, material checks)
- Ability to interpret drawings/specs and manage subcontractors
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes + OSHA safety practices
- Work on high‑value U.S. data center builds
