As a Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse
, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in New Boston, OH
. The scheduled hours are 24 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00am-4:00pm.

• Strong Phlebotomy skills are required. High-volume of lab draws.

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice.
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders.
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required.
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $22.10- $27.63 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
