We provide specialized re‑habilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them regain physical or cognitive abilities to return home with the highest level of independence. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

• Assists licensed nursing personnel in providing patient care by supporting activities of daily living, personal hygiene, grooming, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Uses basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or comparable experience, or education to replace the experience requirement.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor obtained within six months of hire.

• Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• No illegal drug or alcohol use in the workplace.
