In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history reviews and medication adherence checks.
• Administer and order necessary tests, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document care meticulously to help close care gaps and improve quality of care.
• Provide services in the comfort of patients' homes or skilled nursing facilities.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in relevant specialties.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in medical record software.
• A valid state driver's license and adequate automobile insurance.

• Flexibility: Schedule visits based on your availability, with assessments conducted from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am – 7 pm.
• Competitive Pay: Earn based on the number of assessments completed, with potential monthly earnings ranging from $1,800 to $11,500 .
