The Job Center has Machine Operator positions in the Florence area. If you are seeking long term employment with a well-established company, we have the job for you. We are currently staffing 1 st shift, paying $21/hour.
Responsibilities for a Machine Operator:
- Ability to read and write
- Physical Coordination to lift and move products
- Trainable with forklift
- Written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
- Math ability
- Ability to read, use and understand measuring devices
- Ability to understand machine computer functions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Trainable with PLC controls
- Ability to load material, perform changeovers , make needed adjustments and tooling changes on the machine
- Reporting any issues to your supervisor
- Temp-to-hire
- Friendly environment

- 1 ST shift 6am-6pm Rotating Schedule (OT when needed)
