Job Description

Florence, KY | Components Plant
Pay:
Starting at $30.00/hr + shift differential
Shifts:
12-hour 2-2-3 schedule – days and nights available (every other weekend)

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all plant equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform complete job changes (mold changes and setups) on production equipment
- Service and install injection molding presses, molds, grinders, pumps, motors, blenders, compressors, boilers, lighting, electrical systems, conveyors, robots, and automated assembly equipment
- Maintain and install process piping, valves, timers, thermocouples, fittings, gauges, solenoids, switches, and all hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and air systems
- Set up and inspect molds of various sizes and complexities; clean, assemble, and prepare presses for production
- Install and remove auxiliary equipment (material dryers, shrink fixtures, hot stamp machines, conveyors, sprue separators, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication routines to extend equipment life
- Assist in developing and updating blueprints and equipment records
- Support training of other maintenance and production staff
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with all safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, 5S)
Minimum
Education Required:
High School/GED
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with injection molding machinery and robotics strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders)
