Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager for our day shift which is 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday. This is a salary position.

• Create and submit all PPAPS from start to finish.
• Develop, introduce, and implement process procedures that eliminate / monitor scrap and non-conformance with all departments.
• Ensure that an appropriate PPM based measure is in place to monitor/measure process capabilities and defect rates internally and externally.
• Functional gages use based on GD&T

• Minimum of 10 years of Quality or Manufacturing Engineering experience required, a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience / MRB Management.
• Quality Certification (CQA, CQE, CQM) preferred.
• Experience with ISO, IATF, ITAR/DFAR systems.
• Familiar with internal and external audits.
• Oversee and direct all Corrective actions (8-D) Internal, External, and Vendor issues.
• Proficient with MSA gage plans including R&R.

Normal manufacturing plant environment which may include exposure to dust, industrial solvents, liquids, and other materials. The working environment can extend to both hot and cold conditions. Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to comply with government and company safety standards. Job includes tasks that require standing, bending, lifting materials weighing up to 50lbs., twisting, gripping, and maybe some stair climbing.
