This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking a start with a well-known and established manufacturing company.

The company offers a progression program designed to allow those willing to learn the ins and outs of the manufacturing process and grow within the company. Pay is $19-$20.50 per hour based on experience, with potential to earn more. Advanced training will be provided.

• Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available
• Pay: $19 per hour base rate, plus $1.50 shift differential
• Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days
• PTO after 90 days
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses after probationary period
• 401(k) plan with up to 6% company match
• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Thursday, 10 hours per day, with some overtime
• Overtime is available
• Weekly pay

• Minimum of 1 year on-the-job welding experience
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of job duties, such as lifting a minimum of 35 lbs
• High school diploma required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Pass a standard weld test (MIG and Stick)
