** 12 hour / 2-2-3 schedule.  Every other weekend off.  Work 15 days per month.
6:45am to 7:15pm OR 6:45pm to 7:15am
** What You Get
** Your hourly pay will be $19.06 per hour. You will receive 1.5x pay for any time worked over 40 hours a week.
** What You Will Do
** We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team as Utility Workers. In this role, you will support various production functions and ensure the proper handling and processing of scrap and regrind materials. You will inspect and sort quality hold materials, operate scrap grinders, and run the bushing extraction machine. This position also includes moving scrap and regrind materials internally and completing transactions in QAD and Blue Sheet systems to ensure accurate scrap and grind reconciliation.

Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor based on production needs.
** How You Will Do It
** The primary duties of a Utility Worker include:
• Inspecting and sorting materials on quality hold for disposal.  
• Operating the bushing extraction machine.  
• Running scrap grinders for material recycling.  
• Handling materials for scrap and regrind processing.  
• Performing system transactions in QAD and Blue Sheet for tracking and reconciliation.  
• Assisting with other duties as directed by your supervisor.

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.  
• Overtime is mandatory and a condition of employment.  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

** What We Do Here
** Our components plant located in Florence, Kentucky manufactures and produces battery containers, covers and Power Frame grids. We opened in 1978 and now employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We are actively involved in our local community and host food and hygiene product drives for local homeless shelters and support Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Children’s Home.
