** Florence, KY
** Pay:** $24.72/hr. with overtime (1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 per week).
** Paid weekly on Fridays.*
* ** Shift Differential:
*** 12-hour Day

Shift: +$0.45/hr.
* 12-hour Night

Shift: +$1.00/hr.
*
* Shifts:

** 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (15 days per month) with every other weekend off.
* Day

Shift: 6:45am–7:15pm
* Night

Shift: 6:45pm–7:15am
** Benefits Start:
** Day 31
** What We Offer*** $24.72/hr. base pay plus shift premiums
* Weekly pay every Friday
* Paid vacation (after 100 days) and 13 paid holidays

** Job Responsibilities
*** Operate and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
* Perform startups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
* Inspect products for defects and conduct quality checks
* Maintain accurate production records and ensure safety standards are met
* Support preventative maintenance and follow 5S practices
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or GED required
* 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
* Willingness to learn injection molding; training provided
* Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, and twist safely
* Basic math, reading, and computer skills
* Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends
