• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.
• Weekly Friday pay
• Earn up to two weeks of paid time off in your first year

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, remove or correct defects, and record waste amounts as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems, or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, including GMP and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity, capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
