• Ensure safety and maintenance of building infrastructure and manufacturing/production equipment and systems.
• Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and enhancement of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Handle responsibilities related to equipment, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Manage coordination and modification of building space, including space design standards, allocation, modifications, moves, and expansion.
• Conduct facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to identify necessary modifications, repairs, replacements, and capital improvements.
• Implement predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Design and execute long-term continuous improvement systems to enhance facility and production reliability, ensuring quality system compliance.
• Document and report issues to maintain a safe and reliable environment.
