Supervisor Role at AQFS: The supervisor position is an exciting and dynamic role where you’ll interact with and train team members, acting as an extension of the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee part of your shift and assist in cleaning and facility maintenance.
- Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure top customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager.
- Report customer interaction via Salesforce.
- Perform inspections, final walk‑throughs, and correct deficiencies.
- Identify employees for promotion or additional hours.
- Maintain or exceed budgeted labor goals.
- Streamline cleaning processes for efficiency.
- Deliver supplies to buildings.
- Launder rags, mop heads, and dust mop heads.
- Ensure cleaners have necessary supplies and tools in advance.
- Communicate important information to staff, such as changes in budgeted hours, processes and procedures.
- Be accountable for labor overages and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
