Supervisor Role at AQFS: The supervisor position is an exciting and dynamic role where you’ll interact with and train team members, acting as an extension of the Area Manager.

• Oversee part of your shift and assist in cleaning and facility maintenance.
• Manage, train, and develop team members to ensure top customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager.
• Report customer interaction via Salesforce.
• Perform inspections, final walk‑throughs, and correct deficiencies.
• Identify employees for promotion or additional hours.
• Maintain or exceed budgeted labor goals.
• Streamline cleaning processes for efficiency.
• Deliver supplies to buildings.
• Launder rags, mop heads, and dust mop heads.
• Ensure cleaners have necessary supplies and tools in advance.
• Communicate important information to staff, such as changes in budgeted hours, processes and procedures.
• Be accountable for labor overages and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.
