CMH Facility and Training Supervisor
Location: USA - Florence, 2505 Ted Bushelman Blvd.
Time Type: Full Time
Position SummaryThe Quality and Training Supervisor is a visible leadership and development role responsible for supporting the quality programs in the warehouse and for the coordination and delivery of training courses required by DSV and the client. The supervisor reports to the site Quality Manager.
Quality Responsibilities- Maintain compliance to international, industry, and customer‑specific quality standards.
- Lead and perform root‑cause analysis of product/service issues.
- Manage and communicate change‑control processes to all departments.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities and maintain the internal quality audit system.
- Assist in implementation and monitoring of company quality systems, including ISO 9001:2008 compliance.
- Assist in establishing, implementing, and evaluating quality management system metrics.
- Provide guidance and support for customer service and quality departments, assisting with problem‑solving and improvement opportunities.
- Manage customer‑driven continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Drive continuous‑improvement programs at all levels, including education of these programs.
- Develop and conduct training on the quality system and other related topics.
- Oversee document control; update, create, and publish controlled documents, send change notifications, and follow up on the Quality Management System.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, including record management, traceability, and trend reporting.
- Facilitate shift training on safety, operations, quality, standard updates, and procedure updates.
- Implement on‑the‑job training (OJT) programs to improve site performance.
- Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees.
- Plan and deliver OJT training courses and programs in consultation with department heads.
- Ensure all training information is entered into the matrix.
- Ensure site safety and training programs meet all regulatory, DSV, and client requirements.
- Ensure site programs are audit‑ready to meet ISO (client) and 5‑Star (DSV) requirements.
- Arrange for maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials for effective training delivery and measurement.
- Responsible for equipment operator training, certifications, documentation, and record keeping.
- Evaluate associates’ skill levels to identify gaps and retrain on updates.
- Ensure all staffing changes are accurately reflected in the database and training files.
- Ensure all information is communicated with the manager.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility, including overtime, nighttime, and weekend work as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business needs, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Communicate all problems and questions to site leadership and implement solutions to minimize risk.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Manage equipment, supplies, documents, and materials related to the job.
- Follow all DSV policies and procedures.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicate with all levels of staff and the public as appropriate.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in training and/or warehousing; prior experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies.
- Certificates, Licenses: Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program; prior MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and RF scanners; experience with WMS functions. - Language
