Program Manager III, Engineering; Hybrid

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with various engineering teams
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery against set milestones
• Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting infrastructure strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality documentation and operational readiness for infrastructure changes
• Maintain effective communication and status reporting with stakeholders at all levels

• 7+ years of technical program/project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact
• Proficient in Jira and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

• Background in cybersecurity or high-availability systems is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly
