Overview
Help Desk Analyst 2 – Citrix and VDI required. Franklin or Madison County, OH / On-Site.
6+ Months
Interviews will be onsite. Location TBD after candidate screening. Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.
Responsibilities- Monitor, maintain, operate and troubleshoot daily remote access technologies, with a focus on Citrix and VDI.
- Verify applications for deployment via Citrix and VDI.
- Administer tools in the Citrix environment.
- Provide all necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure.
- Manage clients or their own company Citrix systems, VDI and related technologies.
- Check and control servers and offer solutions to problems.
- Support and preserve the Virtual Desktop setup, including VDI, and related technologies.
- Assist in organization and management of business applications.
- Determine and address increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
- Improve and adjust the Virtual Desktop system.
- Design and implement platform security.
- Participate in upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing with up-to-date descriptions.
- Strengthen the apps, Windows server, and principal operating system components.
- Provide technical assistance for servers, desktops and services that support business needs.
- Take responsibility for applying, implementing, maintaining, and documenting the Virtual Desktop environment.
- Show extensive knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO settings.
- Have some knowledge of Chromebooks.
- Travel may be required.
- Proficiency in ITIL and other IT operations frameworks.
