The HR Business Partner/ Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing proactive analysis and support of business issues and their impact on associates. Participate in business planning to understand current and future business needs, assess HR-related impacts, and implement plans to address HR topics. Serve as the primary contact and advocate for associates with a focus on development and satisfaction.
Use people analytics to inform decisions, improve engagement, and retain talent.
- HR Consulting:
Provide consultation to management on business issues to assess HR impact on current and future plans, establishing a strong foundation for decision making. Develop mitigating HR strategies to support profitability and success. - Employee Relations:
Partner with associates and leadership to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations. Coach leadership in policy interpretation and enforcement. Conduct investigatory, termination, and disciplinary meetings as needed. - Compensation:
Coordinate and guide leadership during the annual salary review process. Collaborate with the corporate center of excellence to interpret and implement. - Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
Plan staffing needs aligned with the annual business plan. Address short- and long-term gaps. Partner with talent acquisition on college relations, onboarding, and orientation optimization. - Training and Development:
Assess gaps identified through goal and performance discussions, competency management, and talent review to determine future training needs. Source training and conduct trainings and team-building workshops. - Other:
Complete special assignments and projects as requested. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Engage with key team members to enhance associate engagement and champion diversity.
- Base pay determined on an individualized basis, impacted by years of applicable experience.

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field is required.
- Position level will be based on experience:
- HR Business Partner — minimum 3 years applicable experience
- Senior HR Business Partner — minimum 5 years applicable experience
- A hands-on approach to getting things done with a desire to have an impact.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Self-starter, flexible, and able to take initiative
- Ability to partner with other business groups at all levels
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Creative problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Data and digital literacy to analyze HR data
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations preferred
- HR certification preferred
