- Respond to customer inquiries in German and provide accurate information
- Manage client accounts and maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and resolve client issues and complaints effectively
- Assist in the implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements based on client feedback
- Support team initiatives aimed at exceeding client expectations and improving retention rates
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
