Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in German and provide accurate information
  • Manage client accounts and maintain detailed records of client interactions
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify and resolve client issues and complaints effectively
  • Assist in the implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements based on client feedback
  • Support team initiatives aimed at exceeding client expectations and improving retention rates
Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
