Job Responsibilities
- Assist in Sales order processing documentation and ensure smooth running of delivery arrangement
- Sales Order processing, preparing DO for delivery, filing of documents
- Co‑ordinating with sales and planning delivery schedule
- Assist in Incoming goods order processing documentation and data entry
- Check local stock status to arrange stock replenishment via ordering or transferring of goods between warehouse
- Request goods delivery arrangements from vendors
- Co‑ordinating after‑sale service with technical department.
- Prepare servicing documents for after‑sale service support and keep track of the status.
- Prepare data and upload into System
- Conduct quarterly stock check to ensure its stock status in system is up to date
- Company safety officer
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the operation/logistics industry
- Good interpersonal, communication and strong leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure
- 5 days’ work week
- Has knowledge in using Autocount / inventory system
- Organised, meticulous and works well in a dynamic work environment
