Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of the product
Build, develop, and maintain your own client database ensuring customer trust and loyalty, demonstrating the luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo in every step of the way
Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions alongside the store management
Support the store operations, such as stock replenishment and organization, VM standards in store, product feedback, and support the team in stock takes
Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities
Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance
