MSL OncoHaematology – Northern

Position: MSL OncoHaematology – Central Northern
Jefferson Wells, on behalf of Otsuka Italia, is looking for a MSL Onco Haematology – Central Northern Italy
Main Responsibilities

The MSL will be responsible for executing strategic medical activities regional/area level in alignment with national initiatives and the Global Medical Plan.
The MSL will be responsible for being the first point of contact for any medical/scientific aspect or issue related to the assigned products/TA and will work in tight collaboration with the Medical team and all the relevant company's functions in order to understand customers’ needs.
The MSL will dynamically manage medical scientific stakeholders and create value for patients through medical and scientific stakeholders’ engagement, medical scientific projects and scientific communications.
The MSL will initiate planned medical activities including scientific presentations, discussion of clinical data and programs, presentation of medical value proposition concepts and educational programs.
The MSL will be the point of contact with external experts in the setting of clinical trials (both Company sponsored and investigator-initiated) in terms of adequate scientific support and for support to the local, regional and Global Medical Team as appropriate. The afore mentioned will require the MSL to identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs and medical scientific experts.
The MSL will collect insights as appropriate through dynamic stakeholder engagement and support the development of local medical tactics and provide input to local account plan if necessary.

Requirements

Scientific Degree
Previous solid experience in Medical Affairs
Expertise in Haematology or Onco Heamatology or Rare Disease Tas, are a plus
Good team working attitude
Proactivity
Curiosity, interest and predisposition toward digital approach
