Guest Home Manager / Brand Ambassador Campo Sasso – Grape Tours

Grape Tours is looking for a Guest Home Manager / Brand Ambassador to oversee hospitality operations at Campo Sasso and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a unique Tuscan setting.
Grape Tours and Campo Sasso are part of Jollie (), a collective of brands sharing strong values around authenticity, sustainability, regenerative agriculture, local craftsmanship, and the Italian art de vivre.
Position Overview
• Fixed-term full-time contract (7 months)
• Italian Hospitality CCNL – Level 3 (Livello
3)
• Accommodation provided: private living space within a portion of the annexe named 'Fienile', available for the full duration of the contract
Key Responsibilities Hospitality & Villa Management (High Standards Required)
• Ensure meticulous, high-quality weekly cleaning and preparation of the villa (up to 6 guests)
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail
• Conduct thorough checks before each arrival to guarantee a flawless guest experience
• Manage check-ins and check-outs
• Provide personalized welcome and concierge-style support
• Maintain outdoor areas and facilities (garden, surroundings, jacuzzi, common spaces)
Wine & Cheese Tastings
• Organize and host tastings on site
• Present wines and cheeses and share their origin and story
• Create a warm, professional, and engaging experience
• Set up and reset tasting areas
Brand & Communication Support
• Contribute to content creation (photos, videos, texts)
• Document guest experiences
• Support marketing and communication initiatives
Profile We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards.
Autonomy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality, wine, and gastronomy are essential.
A valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory for this position.
Candidates must have full legal authorization to work in Italy.
Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves daily interaction with international guests. Proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
