Job Description
We are seeking Support Workers in the Nelson area to join our highly motivated team to engage with our clients in supporting them to live their lives, in their communities, in ways that are meaningful to them.

Requirements

A great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (eg: social media, texting, non‑verbal communication aids)

Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time

Willing to continually up‑skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities

Have some weekend availability

You must have your own vehicle and a full driver’s licence

Have a passion for helping people

If you have no Health Qualification your application may not be considered

Working Hours
We need support workers with good availability, working around your flexibility. We have a variety of hours ranging from 1 hour to part day or full day work. Starting at casual/flexible, which can move towards guaranteed or permanent hours after some time.
