What You’ll Be Doing
Convert baling machinery from steel to plastic tie systems at client sites
Run trials, calibrate systems, and train operators on new usage
Act as the link between engineering, commercial and customer teams
Provide insights from the field to support product development
What You’ll Bring
2–5 years’ experience working with industrial machinery—preferably balers
A practical engineering background (mechanical, technical or mechatronic)
Proven ability to troubleshoot in the field
Confidence working directly with customers on-site
